Personal injury

Dr Adedokun produces personal injury reports for claimants, defendants and in some cases, on a joint expert witness basis. Each report is produced, following on from a thorough assessment of the claimant and a detailed clinical examination. He produces personal injury reports, and has made a number of Court appearances to give oral evidence.

Clinical negligence

Dr Adedokun has 15 years’ experience preparing clinical negligence reports on causation, condition and prognosis of cases involving chronic pain. When required, he also attends Court to give evidence. Waiting time for next medico-legal appointment Most clients are seen within an average of 1 to 4 weeks. Urgent appointments can also be accommodated.

Waiting time from appointment to report

The average is 4 to 8 weeks (provided there is no intervening annual leave/sickness). Urgent reports can also be accommodated. Turnaround of 1 to 2 weeks for these reports have been achieved on numerous occasions (for an additional fee).

Trial/conference attendance

A fee will be provided on request.
